All usage must comply with applicable laws, telecom regulations, and industry guidelines.

3. Prohibited Activities

Clients are strictly prohibited from using the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities including but not limited to:

Illegal Activities

  • Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
  • Impersonating individuals, companies, or government authorities
  • Conducting scams or misleading campaigns

Spam and Unsolicited Calls

  • Making spam calls or unsolicited telemarketing calls
  • Contacting individuals registered under Do Not Disturb (DND) lists without authorization
  • Violating Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations

Fraud and Financial Misrepresentation

  • Promoting fraudulent investment schemes
  • Conducting financial scams
  • Misrepresenting financial services or products

Political or Sensitive Campaigns

  • Political campaigning without required regulatory approvals
  • Spreading misinformation or propaganda
  • Engaging in controversial or misleading public campaigns

Abuse of AI Technology

Clients may not use AIONA to:

  • Create misleading AI impersonations
  • Generate deceptive or manipulated conversations
  • Conduct harassment, threats, or abusive communications

4. Compliance with Laws

Clients must comply with all applicable laws including but not limited to:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations
  • Anti-spam and DND regulations
  • Applicable data protection and privacy laws

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

AIONA reserves the right to monitor system usage to ensure compliance with this Policy.

If AIONA determines that a Client is violating this Policy, AIONA may take actions including:

  • Suspension of services
  • Restriction of platform access
  • Termination of the account
  • Reporting illegal activities to relevant authorities

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe that the AIONA platform is being misused, please report the issue to:

AIONA will investigate reported violations where applicable.

7. Changes to Policy

AIONA reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
